N4 consolidation story #119. The narrator goes to a karaoke box with friends: they book a room for two hours, a friend who sings well teaches them a new song, once you get used to it it becomes fun, the staff decides whether to extend the time, and by the time they left everyone's throats hurt. Recycles known N4 grammar with karaoke vocabulary. Patterns: 〜ことにする, 〜てくれる, 〜たら, 〜かどうか, 〜ころ(には), 〜てしまう.
