• Tutor messages: messages you exchange with the AI tutor.
• Billing data: subscription status and identifiers from our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, request timestamps, and similar information collected automatically by our servers and logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Personalize your study experience and generate tutor responses.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional email such as password resets.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, session management, and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and study data for as long as your account is active. Logs and technical data are retained for a limited period for security and debugging. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
