By accessing or using BetterLingo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate explanations, feedback, and study content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice or as a guaranteed measure of test readiness.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its text, graphics, software, and study content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial study.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
