Grammar

honorific 'to do' (respect for the guest/listener)

なさる = honorific of する

humble 'to do' (staff lowers their own action)

ホテルに着ついて、受付うけつけへ行いきました。係かかりの人ひとが「ご予約よやくはなさっていますか」と聞ききました。

I arrived at the hotel and went to the front desk. The staff asked, "Do you have a reservation?"

わたしは「はい、インターネットで予約よやくしてあります」と答こたえました。名前なまえを伝つたえると、係かかりの人ひとが予約よやくを確認かくにんしてくれました。

The staff put out a form and said, "Could you write your name and address here?" I wrote my name and address.

それから、「お部屋へやは五階ごかいです。エレベーターをお使つかいになってください」と案内あんないしてくれました。

Then they showed me the way: "Your room is on the fifth floor. Please use the elevator."

「朝食ちょうしょくは一階いっかいのレストランです。お部屋へやまで荷物にもつをお運はこびいたします」と言いって、鍵かぎを渡わたしてくれました。

"Breakfast is at the restaurant on the first floor. We'll carry your luggage to your room," they said, and handed me the key.

わたしは、朝あさあわてないように、朝食ちょうしょくの時間じかんを先さきに確認かくにんしておきました。とても親切しんせつなホテルで、気持きもちよく泊とまれそうです。

So that I wouldn't be rushed in the morning, I checked the breakfast time in advance. It's a very kind hotel, and it seems I'll have a pleasant stay.
