- Notice にとって in paragraph 1 vs について in paragraph 2 — にとって marks a standpoint ('for me'), について marks a topic ('about ~').

While writing the report, I thought, "I wonder what kind of feelings people in the old days had when they took part in the festival." Because I talked with my grandmother, what had just been an assignment became a good opportunity to learn the town's history. Next summer too, I'll surely go to this festival.
