Grammar

ながらも

Even though / although (concession).

verb ますstem / い-adj / noun ＋ながらも

貧まずしいながらも幸しあわせだ。

Poor but happy.

ないことはない

It's not that (one) can't ~; it is possible.

verb ない形＋ことはない

食たべないことはない。

It's not that I can't eat it.

ないと

Have to ~ / if you don't ~, (it's bad).

verb ない形＋と

早はやく起おきないと、遅おくれるよ。

If you don't wake up early, you'll be late.

なかなか

Quite / considerably; (with a negative) not easily.

なかなか＋形容詞／動詞

この料理りょうりはなかなか美味おいしい。

This dish is quite delicious.

なんか／なんて／など

Things like ~; ~ or such (examples, belittling, or modesty).

noun ＋なんか／なんて／など

寿司すしなんかどうですか。

How about some sushi or such?

直す

To do ~ over again / re-do.

なるべく

As much as possible / if possible.

Before you read — make your own sentences

Notice ないことはない = a soft double-negative ('it's not that I can't…'), gentler than a flat 'I can't.'
Spot the pair ながらも (concession, 'even though') vs plain ながら (simultaneous 'while'). Here it's the concessive one.
Optional: read the 〜直す verbs (書き直す) and the なるべく sentence aloud.

仕事しごとで忙いそがしいながらも、毎日まいにち日本語にほんごを勉強べんきょうしています。

Even though I'm busy with work, I study Japanese every day.

漢字かんじが読よめないことはないが、書かくのはまだ苦手にがてです。
