A reflection on volunteering: it's good experience for young people, confidence grows as you gain experience, participants increase while few keep going, it's rewarding despite hardships, and there is a per-person membership fee. Recycles already-introduced N3 grammar with volunteering vocabulary. Patterns: 〜にとって, 〜につれて, 〜一方で, 〜ものだ, 〜どころか, 〜につき.

〜につれて

as ~ (gradual parallel change)

Before you read — make your own sentences

State a viewpoint with 〜にとって (例:若者にとっていい経験だ).
