N4 consolidation story #114. The narrator feels unwell, so decides to make a clinic appointment: they book it over the phone in advance, the receptionist has them fill in a form, if it's a first visit they need their insurance card, they must not be late, they wait until their name is called, and they're told to rest so they get better. Recycles known N4 grammar with clinic vocabulary. Patterns: 〜ておく, 〜てもらう, 〜なら, 〜ないといけない, 〜まで, 〜ように.
