N3 consolidation story #43. A big typhoon is forecast, so the narrator prepares — buying supplies before the rain, readying water and a flashlight for a power outage, and reassuring themselves that the more they prepare, the safer they feel. Recycles already-introduced N3 grammar at N3 difficulty. Patterns: 〜によると, 〜おそれがある, 〜ないうちに, 〜ようにする, 〜に備えて, 〜ば〜ほど.
